A dropdown that displays a set of predefined layers.
For example, the group of layers called "political map", contains (and toggle) the layers of the states, borders, rivers, etc.

A button that allows you to create additional personally adjusted groups (beyond what is defined by default, such as "political map").
The button appears after there is a new combination of layers, which does not yet have a representation in the dropdown of the predefined layers (Layers preset).
In this mode, the combination text will default to "custom (unsaved)", until you click the plus button, which will prompt you to provide a predefined name.
