This layer shows the symbols of the states, provinces, and burgs.
When this layer is on, when hovering a cell that has am Emblems icon, its name will be displayed in the [Bottom label tooltip](https://github.com/Azgaar/Fantasy-Map-Generator/wiki/2.1-(UI)-Controls#bottom-label-tooltip), and an offer to edit it.
