enable undocumented_unsafe_blocks lint
There was only one unsafe block (thankfully) but it also had no docs.
I did some reading and found out this in fact safe, but only for cursed
reasons, and documented them. Also, the name of the type was misleading,
as the entire point is the aliasing, and `Box` is already non-aliasing.

Also swaps out vendored HTML-escaping code for a dependency that I
imagine has decent testing considering all of its reverse depedencies.

Except the 1 violation would have to be renamed in, like, every single
file in this project. So we're just enabling it so that we don't make
the same mistake in the future.

This causes some other lints to start firing too (which is good), but
I'm going to fix them in follow-up commits to keep things organized.

enable more lints that aren't already violated
These are good lints to have and we want them enabled, and luckily no
existing code needs to be modified to keep the linters happy for these.

remove documentation, metadata, etc
This drastically reduces the maintenance burden.

You may notice the `CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md` is deleted here. This is because
I don't feel like updating the relevant parts and I don't think this
will ever actually have a community build around it. If that changes for
some reason, I'm not opposed to adding a code of conduct again.

rename the rust-rocksdb crate to just rocksdb
This way the old `cfg`s still work and we don't need to constantly
remind ourselves what programming language we're using in `use`
statements.

Also fixes a problem where RocksDB users couldn't start Conduit because
the old `cfg`s were using the original crate's name instead of the
`backend_rocksdb` feature name for some reason. Maybe that should be
changed, but I'm not sure.
