This layer shows the division of the land into biomes.
When this layer is on, when hovering a cell, its biome will be displayed in the [Bottom label tooltip](https://github.com/Azgaar/Fantasy-Map-Generator/wiki/2.1-(UI)-Controls#bottom-label-tooltip).

Biome is a term from the field of ecology that describes a large-scale ecosystem that is characterized by environmental conditions such as climate, the type of soil, and the flora and fauna that characterize it. For example, tropical rainforests, deserts, tundra, savannas, etc. Each of the biomes is characterized by a unique ecosystem of living species found in it naturally and in the environmental conditions that prevail there.

## Biomes generating logic
In general, the biomes are derived from the topographical map (which can be edited in tools or options), and from the temperature (which can be edited in configure world).
It makes sense to me also from the coastline, since the nearby sea is a source of water, which affects the precipitation, which should affect the biome. If so, when I changed the coastline I didn't see that the biomes were changing. So I'm not sure the coastline affects the biomes. (need a developer to confirm this).
The topographic map deduces the formation of the rivers (from high places to low places, until they flow to the sea or to lakes).
The rivers and lakes and the coastline are the water sources that enable the formation of sediments, and the amount of precipitation is the main parameter in determining the biomes. For example, a very large amount of precipitation is suitable for a tropical rain forest or a tropical seasonal rain forest, or a temperate rain forest, a high amount of precipitation is suitable for a temperate deciduous forest or a taiga, a medium amount of precipitation is suitable for a prairie or savannah or a swamp, a small amount of precipitation is suitable for deserts and and glaciers.

For more detailed logic you need a developer to extract the algorithm from the code.

### Changing the biomes by changing the topographic map
When you change the topographic map (provided by the topographic map editor) you can see a change in the composition of the biomes.
